Nature of the service
Windx Make provides configurable fictional document previews, template rendering, photographed-scene simulations and digital downloads. Every output is only for learning, design presentation, layout research, software testing or another clear demonstration purpose. It is not an official document issued by a genuine organisation.
Permitted and prohibited use
- Do not use an output for identity or address verification, KYC, AML, banking, account opening, lending, immigration, visas, insurance, employment screening, legal proceedings or proof of eligibility.
- Do not use it for fraud, forgery, impersonation, misleading a third party, or evading security or review processes operated by a platform, financial institution or public authority.
- Do not remove, conceal or evade permanent safety or sample markings or imply that an output came from a genuine issuer.
- Do not access systems without authorisation, bypass payment, abuse interfaces at scale, distribute malicious material, or resell or redistribute content without permission.
Orders, payment and digital delivery
The applicable price and item are shown before payment. Payment is handled by the third-party provider identified at checkout; Windx Make does not store full card numbers or CVVs.
A preview and its related temporary download access remain valid for 2 hours from creation. Complete the download within that period. After expiry the system refuses access and the related temporary preview resources enter automatic cleanup. A purchase is not permanent cloud storage.
Refunds
Refunds may be restricted after digital content or download access has been supplied, but this does not exclude mandatory consumer rights under applicable law. If you are charged twice or a Windx Make technical fault prevents delivery of paid content, contact us with the order identifier so we can investigate.
Intellectual property
The Windx Make interface, code, brand and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property law. Purchase or download does not transfer copyright, trade marks, ownership of a source template, or permission to resell or redistribute. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their owners.
Service status and user responsibility
The service is provided as available. We work to keep it stable and accurate but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, compatibility with every device, or fitness for a particular purpose. We may modify, suspend or stop a function for security, compliance, technical or product reasons.
You are responsible for submitted content, how you use outputs and compliance with applicable law. If we reasonably believe use is unlawful, fraudulent, harmful to another person or harmful to the system, we may refuse a request, cancel access and retain records required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Windx Make and WINDX LTD are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss. Nothing here excludes or restricts mandatory consumer rights, liability for fraud or any other liability that the law does not permit us to exclude or restrict.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory rights under applicable consumer law.
